Banned Practice benefit house show, a yellow stripe like police tape over Julie at the mic clutching their head in distress

We’re teaming up with Teacup Gorilla for an intimate 2-night house show to benefit Head Start, Immigrant Rights Coalition, and Trans Continental Pipeline. This event is part of the Fall of Freedom, an act of creative resistance.

For this 2-night only house show, we'll revisit favorites from our on-stage collaborations turned albums: Whiskey From Strangers, and the queer rock gothic Jane/Eyre with special guest Dameon Merkl. Julie Rada and Lars Reed will join the band to perform selections from their queer love story in Strange Bird, Queer Bird, and Teacup Gorilla will round out the evening with songs from their debut album The Holes They Leave.

A Basement in Lakewood

Not too far from Wadsworth & Alameda. We'll send you the address a couple days before the show!
